REMINDER: Tryouts for next year's Cheer & Dance Teams will be next week, March 24th-27th. Read the attached flyer for more details or contact Coach Moore with any questions!

Alright, team—we’re in the final stretch of the Kids Heart Challenge, and we have ONE LAST WEEKEND to make something truly legendary happen… Mr. Westland in an inflatable duck costume. 🦆🤣
Imagine it: Mr. Westland waddling through the halls, flapping his little duck wings, maybe even letting out a few quacks of regret. Will he fit through the classroom doors? Will he attempt lunch duty while looking like a giant rubber ducky? Only YOU can make this happen!
But if we don’t hit our goal? He gets to stay in normal, boring principal clothes. No waddling. No flapping. No duck-tastic embarrassment. And honestly… that would be a tragedy.
So, don’t let us down! Register THIS WEEKEND and turn Mr. Westland into the majestic mallard he was meant to be. 🦆✨ The countdown is on! ⏳

Heidi Darby, with Buffalo County Extension, brought her Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches to the Kindergarten and 6th Grade classrooms earlier this week. It was a thrilling and fun experience for the kids!

Pleasanton Heart Heroes! Yesterday we kicked off our Kids Heart Challenge.
Did you know the average heart beats 72 times per minute?!! Pumps about 2,000 gallons of blood every day?!! And beats about 2.5 billion heartbeats in a lifetime?!!
EVERYONE’s hearts are working hard to keep us healthy, which is why we are raising awareness this year.
Don’t forget–if we reach our school goal of 50% online participation, Mr. Westland will visit your classroom wearing an inflatable DUCK costume at the end of next week!

It's time for PreK & Kindergarten Round-Up! Save the date for Friday, April 11th from 9:00-11:00AM. This is a great time for your child to meet new friends, see the classrooms, and interact with the teachers! We are excited to meet the newest Bulldogs!
**If you have not already registered your child but would like them to enroll next year, please contact the office at (308) 388-2041. We still have some spots available! **

Students who complete Finn’s Mission will receive their superhero cape. Students
who sign up and complete the free awareness videos will be recognized as
heart heroes, too! We will also be giving away some fun prizes to celebrate.
