Friendly Reminder for Parents: Attendance and Transportation Updates
Hi Pleasanton Families,
Just a quick reminder about the best way to let us know of any attendance or transportation changes.
The easiest and most efficient way is to leave a voicemail using our automated options. We do check all voicemails, and this is actually the smoothest and most efficient way for us to receive your message. With over 300 students, there are many daily changes, and using voicemail helps us manage them quickly and accurately. Please be assured that the office will pass on your message to the appropriate staff members (teachers, bus drivers, childcare staff).
👉 When you call, please select the option that best fits your message:
Option 1 – Attendance changes
Option 2 – Transportation changes
If your message specifically needs Megan or Linda’s attention, please feel free to leave it directly for them. Otherwise, using the main voicemail options ensures that your message reaches the full office team right away.

Good luck to our cross country runners at the Wilcox-Hildreth Cross Country Invitational at the Franklin Country Club. The High School girls race begins at 1:30 and the high school boys race is at 2:00. Go Bulldogs!
Note to Staff, Students, and Patrons:
Below is a map outlining our modified parking lot layout as we begin the first phase of construction. Please note the following important updates:
🚗 All traffic for parking must enter from the East and exit to the West.
📐 Parking must be diagonal to allow more space for backing out and smoother traffic flow between rows.
🔄 This setup also ensures easier backing, since all approaching traffic will be coming from one direction.
🚫 Do not park along any areas marked with red curbing, as these zones need to remain clear for safety and accessibility.
